Smoke Season isn't normal

We have a plan to make sure everyone has access to clean, safe air

Every year, Vancouver is blanketed in smoke due to fires caused by the climate emergency.

Every year, fires get worse, children and families get sick from flu and COVID-19 transmission in the winter and spring, and our Council does nothing to stop it - even though they could.

Ken Sim and ABC haven’t done enough to lead on this threat, and we won’t accept it.

Our community deserves to have clean air at all times of the year, because the same fix that protects a classroom from wildfire smoke in early September also cuts down on flu transmission through the winter.
